40 Mercer

40 Mercer stands on a cast-iron block in SoHo, among the district's nineteenth-century warehouses. Its glass and steel facade was designed by the architect Jean Nouvel, set back from the street behind a folded curtain of glass.

TMSG holds a residence within the building, among a small number of units in the tower.
