These Terms & Conditions govern your participation in The Managed Space Group’s SMS text messaging program.
SMS Terms and Conditions
Users may opt in to receive SMS messages from The Managed Space Group only by providing their mobile phone number and affirmatively checking the optional SMS consent checkbox on our Contact page at tmsg.com/contact. Checking the box is optional and is not required to submit an inquiry or purchase any goods or services. After opting in, users may receive text messages from The Managed Space Group regarding their inquiry. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase, and is not shared, sold, or provided to any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes.
Program description
The Managed Space Group’s SMS program sends text messages only to users who have opted in through the SMS consent checkbox on our Contact page. Calling us, texting us, submitting a contact inquiry, or otherwise providing a phone number does not, by itself, enroll anyone in this program.

Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply, as determined by your mobile carrier.
Opt-out
Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message to opt out at any time. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. Reply START, YES, or UNSTOP to resume receiving messages.
Help
Reply HELP or INFO to any message for assistance, or contact us using the information on our Privacy Policy page.
Carrier liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued participation in the SMS program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
